Kyann was great, I went in knowing what style of dress I wanted as i had been to a fair few dress shops before. Kyann really listened and heard what I wanted and only brought me the dresses that fitted the bill. I went out buying what I wanted and there was no pressure sell techniques etc. Thank you Kyann
