I decided I would try this shop since it's kind of close to my home, bad idea! I called to schedule an oil change & tire rotation (a 20 min job for those that might not be aware), explained I would have to stay there and wait so how long? The guy on the phone said 1 hour tops so I agreed and scheduled for 12:30pm. I dropped the vehicle off at exactly 12:30, told the guy I handed the keys to oil change & tire rotation.
