Terrible service and the food sat for awhile before part of our order came. No excuse for the poor service. Thanks to the manager for the comp.
50 minutes later and Half my tables food didn't show up took my parents for their anniversary very disappointed 😞
Waited over an hour for my food. My other party members food got out first, but was crusty and sitting under the heat lamp to long. Server didn't answer our questions only made excuses, took 20 minutes to get a drink refill. Couldn't keep track of our orders. (Manager Luis, took care of our ticket. He is a good manager.)
Love wecks food and friendly service servers are always so nice and attentive...
