Dr. Williams is amazing. Just having her here makes this place a 5/5. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but that’s almost anywhere you go. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. :)
Dr. Yu has been incredible in helping me manage my eye issues. I previously had shingles in my eye, which resulted in chronic dryness and light sensitivity, especially with fluorescent lighting. He takes the time to explain my condition and my prescriptions so I always understand what’s going on. I went to this place to get contacts and lens.. they did the exam which was perfect .. staff was sweet and so nice. My problem came when i was struggling to put contacts in for the first time in a long time .. I managed to get them in but they stated I needed to be shown how to take them out to make sure I remember how too.. so I was like okay… they didn’t mention how it will add an extra $120 to my charge &’ that my insurance doesn’t cover the “ training “ ..
