I took my finances prescription in almost a month ago and still they haven't fulfilled it the doctor even faxed his chart notes to them and they still fail to contact us

How many times dors your company have to be told that the oxygen machine you sent me doesn't work properly, I've had to cgo to the emergency room 4 times by ambulance due to low oxygen only to be told that I can not get an tank of oxygen til Monday 4 days Way. You've been told numerous times in the past few months that your oxygen machine isn't working properly but have failed to do anything about it.
Ever since the company got bought out service has become complete garbage. I just called to get my Mom a replacement nebulizer and the ignorant agent asked if I could drive back 3 hours one way to get the other. Then suggested I order one on Amazon after I explained she takes 4 treatments a day and has no machine. Who trains these people? Do you think customers have nothing better to do than to call and try to get equipment they don't need? I've never seen or delta with such stupidity!!!. I’m currently waiting on my Oxygen order. I was told it would be delivered Wednesday so I waited all day and no delivery. I called Thursday morning was told they would get to the bottom of it and my oxygen would be delivered today. As the afternoon went by still no oxygen so I called again and the lady I spoke to specifically told me my oxygen is on the truck and will be delivered today.
