Very rude
I'd like to give this place a zero star rating....my husband just switched to get his CPAP supplies through this company. I have called 6 different times in the last week to try to order supplies for him. Each time I have let the phone ring anywhere from 5 minutes to 10 minutes and I get no response from the Ashland store. I have now even tried calling the portsmouth location and did not get an answer after 5 minutes of letting the phone ring. Did wecare close all of the sudden or is their customer service really this bad???... read more
Wow, after reading some of the reviews I guess I'm the odd man out. I've been in there twice to buy supplies for my c-pap. Both times I was waited on in a timely manner by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a mask that was only .50 more expensive than I could have gotten on-line so there prices are good. Maybe because I went in without an attitude and expectations of being treated like royalty is why I had a good experience. Some of the worst customer service EVER! From billing to service to fitting Not one good attribute Had a bad CPAP fit Came in for a refit and help with settings The tech was clearly playing on her phone but I had to schedule an appointment one week later Fitting used 3 masks (at the tail of COVID) masks were put back into a bag WITHOUT CLEANING he told me I’d have to wait a month for the new one to come in I ask why I could not have the one I had just tried on and he said “those are our trial masks” My response was “we are s... read more
