Friendly front desk staff. First time visiting Dr. Leung, he is polite and answered all my questions.
If it were possible to give zero stars, I would give zero stars. I have always respected family doctors and their front desk staff. However, my recent visits have been extremely disappointing. The information given by the front desk and the doctor is inconsistent — sometimes phone appointments are allowed, sometimes they are not, and there is no clear explanation of how this is decided. Dr. Baluch and her assistant provided outstanding, and compassionate care to my sister-in-law, who came in struggling to breathe and full of rashes. She received a perfect prescription; and now she is much better, comfortable, and feeling “born again”.
