I will never recommend this surgery as they are WROST of all. Spend 20K and still wants more money for fixing it. Wrong treatment done ,treatment plan was different than outcome. STAFF arrogant and mismanagement to core. I wish al dissatisfied clients to SUE him court and they should be closed for betterment of humanity.
Scammers!!!!! Avoid at all costs. I came to We Care Dental (now know as RTW Surgeries) the start of the year for an Invisalign consultation, everything seemed great and in February I agreed to proceed and paid almost 4K in full for my treatment upfront. As soon as I paid, everything went downhill. First class service again yesterday from the team at We Care Dental - Stanground. Just the usual 6 month check up by the lovely Charis Smith, who is always happy and smiling. No issues and she let me go with a reminder to “keep up the good work and keep flossing”. Till the next time Charis.
Always reassuring when attending the Stanground practice ,from reception to all staff,having a few problems I came out feeling that everything was explained fully to me ,I can highly recommend the Practice
The staff are well-trained and quite helpful. I’ve always received excellent service. They have a lot of turnover, however.
