Lived in a wec rental for nearly 4 years. Management comes and goes as the owner is a difficult man to say the least. The apartment I rented didn't have 2 exits, was only zoned for 1 unit so my basement apartment is illegal. They don't maintain the properties. Just saying RUN away from WEC as its a bad company to rent from. I hate even giving them 1 star as they don't deserve it

See Yelp. Please SHARE so others avoid being victims of this man. His license was indefinitely suspended August 2023, but according to his fb he continues to solicit project.
