I sold my van to Andrew at webuycars. It was very easy and he gave me a fair price. I wanted to upgrade my van and didnt want to be off the road for long, as my van is used for my business. Andrew was also very helpful when buying a new van from a third-party seller. Which he didn't have to, as it was not in his interest to help. He was very honest and gave me clear communication. I would definitely recommend using his service if you want to sell your vehicle without any hassle.

I made a purchase from this dealership back in November 2024 and part exchanged my old car on the same day. I phoned ahead to book an appointment and everything was ready for me on arrival. I was given time and space to inspect the vehicle, service history, conduct a test drive and mull things over. The staff were polite, friendly and made me feel at ease. I was offered a fair price in part exchange.

Enquired about a vehicle this morning and was told it was still available. After a conversation exaplaining the car was perfect for my son and exactly what he was looking for, I offered to put down the deposit during the call. Was informed that was not necessary at that time and that a video would be sent across to me on Whatsapp. Phoned back to place the deposit as I had not heard back early this afternoon and was told the car had been sold. The process of selling my car was easy and smooth with webuycars-sussex. Andy gave me a fair price and kept this price, even though a few weeks had passed before my new car was ready. Andy is friendly and polite and made the sale process easy; the cash was in my bank account immediately. Its always nice to find companies offering good service, and I would happily recommend him to others.
