TJ was great! She was very transparent & gave us the best deal she could on our car based off of market value. So grateful to have been able to sell my car & get the check same day!
Unfortunately I was in an accident earlier in the week and was running out of options when it came to fixing or selling my car. I was directed to T.J who is the representative at the Queen City Drive location and could not have left happier. She spent the time going over all the options that I had available. I genuinely believe that she cared about me and my interests first. Great customer service, Great communication, Great overall experience!
