I too got the ol' good value estimate and then a call before my appointment telling me they'd give me half because "Who knows if the mileage is real". I was nothing but honest when putting in what is "wrong" with my car (cosmetics and refurbished title) If the online value estimator is truly to blame, then please fix it instead of wasting peoples time.
