John was very transparent and friendly.
Barrett made this entire experience a very pleasant one. I’d never used them before - either trading in cars at a dealer or once selling it outright. They both have pros and cons. This was a pretty relaxing experience and Barrett made the whole thing rather chill. I had an idea of what I’d realistically get for our car and that’s what we got. I would absolutely use them again!
