We could not have had a better experience! Not only did we get a great offer on our vehicle, the service was second to none. From the initial home visit and inspection by Sean, to the personal service provided by Matt who helped us navigate the final steps of getting verification of lien release. Compared to KBB, Car-Max, and our local dealer, we got more for our car, and far superior customer service. I highly recommend them!
Efficient Easy Fair Matt was great
Originally I did not have a great experience here. They were not going to pay me the price their website said they would. But after leaving the first review, I must say the district manager called and he was very nice. We were able to work out a deal. I didn't get quite what I wanted, but it was close. This company is a rip off. They allow you to enter all your car information in on their website and then give you a value of what they'll pay. Then when you get to their location, they spend 30 minutes finding all these little things "wrong" with the car and offer you substantially less. I'm sure a lot of people might accept that, but anyone who's done their research knows the real value of their car. I just walked away.
This was the quickest and easiest process and I am so thankful I decided to go with this company!! Shawn, who managed the transaction, was very nice and really put me at ease with the whole process!!
