After some negotiation we settle on an acceptable price. Overall, a positive experience.
Very disappointing experience. They initially offered my husband and me only $1,700 for our vehicle, then eventually raised it to $4,000. They told us multiple codes came up through their A1 system and proceeded to tell us what was supposedly wrong with the vehicle. The problem is, they admitted they are not mechanics, while my husband actually is a mechanic. So for them to sit there and try to tell us what was wrong with the vehicle, based on a computer system, felt extremely misleading and disrespectful. We went to another... read more
Lady was nice but they tried to scam me offering me 1700 for my car And then raise the price to 4000 I said no went somewhere else and got 5500 And they only took 30 minutes. We buy any cars took a whole hour and 30 minutes. Waste of time.
