Would have given it 0 star if I could as it no longer exists. We spent time and diesel travelling to it. Advertising should be removed from every site.

Ridiculous service and severe lack of communication when it matters. After being pestered by their telecoms agent I was offered a price to sell my bike, I agreed and went through the process of agreeing a pick up slot etc. I then discovered when calling them to confirm the day before collection that the offer had been cancelled and that they were actually offering £500 less than their initial offer after agreeing the purchase price.... So, they offered me £1000 (despite having the same make and model a year older and almost double mileage available for sale for £2500! I said I wouldn't sell for less than £1750 to which he laughed at me, then offered £1200! So I laughed asking why would I EVER sell if you can miraculously find another £200 just like that. Only to then get spam calls from a withheld number continuously for next hour! Seriously?.....
