An excellent company with professional service and reasonable rates…Emile and Jean-Louis did a heat pump installation in late June…the installation went quickly, it looks great and the unit is amazing! We were having problems with our old AC unit and I sent an email on a weekend for help. He called back within five minutes and came over the same day to fix the unit and give me a quote on a heat pump. Honestly, this guy is a rockstar. I cannot say enough about this guy. He was actually on the way to the hospital and he decided he was going to stop to help me out because of my situation with my AC unit. I had another company come out today and I should have checked their reviews because it was obvious that this guy already had the problem diagnosed before he even looked at my AC unit. That technician comes across as a scam artist and quoted a new unit for $6,500. I asked him if it could just be the capacitor and he said no... read more
