This Insurance Company is the most worthless, irresponsible, pathetic and extraordinarily "Unprofessional." I would take EXTREME CAUTION before allowing them to take possession of insuring your vehicle. They contract roadside assistance companies that will significantly damage your vehicle (Agero Roadside Assistance), turn a blind eye and blatantly lie to cover up their faults. Rest assured, upon posting this, you will see any and every excuse they can find to avoid culpability... "Take Extreme Caution..."

On 1/14/2019, my vehicle was towed by "Innovative Towing & Recovery," and dispatched by "Agero." "Agero" is a Third Party "Emergency Tow" company contracted by both WEBTEC Insurance Services Inc., AND Mercury Insurance. More important, while "Innovative Towing & Recovery," with NO "LLC" - through the State of California Secretary of State, significantly damaged my vehicle totaling to the amount between $2300 - $2900.
