Have been dealing with the owner, Robert, since February. We knew exactly what we wanted going in. He is extremely hard to get a response from and seems to be unorganized. We had to go in twice to pick out our hardware. 6 months later...we finally got windows installed in July and one window (that was on the original quote) was left off. We actually love the work that was done and would choose a Lincoln window again. We have only dealt with Robert so this rating only pertains to the owner himself.

We love our new window! Even in the bitter cold the glass on the inside is only slightly cold to the touch. Our old window would have ice built-up on the inside. The installation was very efficient, with friendly banter throughout the install. Nothing like the hometown feel - I highly recommend Webster Window.
Do not go here. Went in person two weeks ago. Owner said he would follow up with me about an estimate. Called next week three different time, each time was told he had just stepped out and would get back to me when he returned. Never contacted me. Wouldn’t do business with someone who is this unresponsive. Saved me the hassle of working with him.
Great service. Went in looking for a 42 inch door sweep and the guy just gave me one. Very nice. Saved me from a long search. Thank you.
