I’m so grateful for the NP Kathy Johnson! I went in for a terrible abcess, hoping she could lance it . She said she wished so bad she could take care of it for me but due to it being close to my breast area she would feel better me going to the breast center! I’m so thankful she went with her gut feeling!! I'm so grateful for Devin , the NP at Webster Urgent Care in Houston. I went in for a routine visit, and she noticed some other symptoms I hadn't even realized were significant. She immediately took charge and made sure I got the care I needed. I can't thank her enough for her patience and for taking the time to make me feel so much better.
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this urgent care clinic. I came in for an axillary abscess and was given the runaround from the start. I initially called ahead and spoke with a nurse, who told me they don’t perform drainage procedures. Despite that, I came in — only to be told it would cost $180. I was agreeable to this.
