the experience from the business office will make you want to attend another school just because of how rude they are. i literally was hung up on because i needed clarification on more than one issue and they clearly showed didn’t want to help me . they are very unprofessional and forget we can spend our money for education elsewhere. i am highly disappointed.

I was transferred to the business office by Shelby at the financial aid office because apparently the financial aid office could not resolve my issue. I began to explain my issue to the lady that answered the business phone. As I was explaining, she abruptly ended my explanation and asked for my student ID. She looks into my account and states that my issue is with the financial aid office. I told her that I was transferred from the financial aid office to the business office. For the most part, the business office is a wonderful place with plenty of helpful and friendly staff. However, there is this one lady who is so incredibly rude. All the years I went here, I could always recognize her by her voice, and she is so unfriendly and unhelpful. Just last week, I got an email saying there was an issue with my account financing and it directed me to call the business office. It didn't tell me what the issue was, it just said to call.
