Scheduled for hazard tree removal and additional trimming back in April. Work was estimated for late July/early August. They were not transparent that they were understaffed until August. Work did not start until late September and the crew was only here for a half a day when a full day was expected. Waiting 5 months for 4 hours of work will not work for most people. Could have done more trimming. Poor communication. Would not work with again.
They did a great job clearing my place with forestry mulching, tree removal, and stump grinding, and were nice and easy to work with as well! They went the extra mile to get it done before a well would be drilled, too. Highly recommend them!
Webster Tree Service has been an incredible company to work with. I had several tree companies come to our property to look at some problem trees that were in desperate need of removal before they did damage to our home. Webster Tree Service was not only prompt and efficient, but reasonably priced. As an added bonus, all of the workers that came to our home were professional and polite.
