Everyone in the office was great! They came up with a plan and were really nice. Very helpful!! Dr Webster was amazing and made you comfortable too
Had an appointment last week. They called me to reschedule. I asked why the appointment was being rescheduled, she said because appointment was not confirmed! I asked what I needed to do to confirm an appointment I made and had every intention of keeping. She said you didn't get a confirmation text? I said no. She said "I don't know why your number isn't in here!" I am not a new patient, I don't know why it would be taken out randomly. She gave me an appointment for this week. Contacted the office concerning issue with wisdom tooth. Spoke with Jenette concerning the discomfort I was having and that I contacted the local Oral Surgeon and couldn't be seen for two months. Jenette went above and beyond found Oral Surgeon who seen me the very next day! Jennette you rock! Dr. Webster office is not just a dentist office but a FAMILY!!! Love you Jenette!
The front office deals with customers more often than the dr and dr assistants. No one answers the phone and rarely do messages gets returned. I just recently paid for services that "supposedly" wasn't covered by my insurance "we dont know why it wasn't covered". Called my insurance, they confirmed it was covered. Still have not heard from the front office or billing regarding this mess. The office is fantastic. Kylie, the dental hygienist, was wonderful. The dentist I saw was new to practice. This was the first time I saw him. I liked him very much, very knowledgeable and explained everything.
