We used Webster Plumbing & Heating for replacing our water heater and several other small fixes in the past few years and they've always done a great job. The plumbers show up when scheduled, worked efficiently and communicated effectively.
This place is an absolute joke. Plumber charged over $400 to fix a leaky toilet bc he was so inexperienced that he needed to remove and remount the toilet to diagnose the issue. You pay for their inability to know what they are doing. I then asked to have another issue looked at and was denied bc he had to get to another job. So I’d have to pay for a second service call. Buyer Beware. Will NEVER use again. Spoke with a neighbor who also used them who was also charged $400 for a quote. TOTAL RIPOFF! Use literally anyone else.
Randy and Graham were punctual, and efficient. There was a gross spot in my kitchen cause my toilet was disconnected. They quickly identified the issue checked two potential other areas that could also have led to the issue, and then went to work fixing and we’re gone w/in and hour. Will be calling you all for future work.
My go-to specialists that I trust 1000% for all of my regular maintenance - AND have always responded in past emergency services when I needed them. Just recently woke up with no heat - showed up lightning fast. THANK YOU!!!!
I will only use Webster Plumbing & Heating We found a leak in the basement, and the guys came out & changed out a cracked pipe. Well several hours later & after a shower, I was disappointed to find a new leak in the basement & water everywhere. I was upset cause i had assumed the issue was fixed (And it was, they came for a cracked pipe, they replaced it & it worked fine) The real issue was the Main Sewer Line was clogged.
