Don't waste your time here. I should have looked at previous reviews. I give a 1 rating only because I can't give a zero! I had a small custom piece of work that probably would take a few hours to build. After 3 months and multiple times stopping in to check on progress, I GOT NOTHING!
Someone is using this company name to run scams on ziprecruiter saying they hiring for remote agent, review is to warn people about the scam and has no bearing on the company.
Don't Waste Your Time Here I recently ordered a piece of glass from Webster Plate Glass and was disappointed by both the service and the delay in fulfillment. First, the customer service was below poor. The receptionist displayed a bad attitude from the moment I walked in, and had no will to help. They take your money over the phone had to wait a week for a simple cut on plexiglass 51x 22. 6inches from the bottom width of 22" cut a 6" hole, the secretary had them cut it in the center of the sheet then says you'll have to pay for a new one & wait another week. Poor service & still has my money & the plexiglass is still there. Thanks Webster Plate & Glass I WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY Thanks for the reply back that's not what happened. Scam artists, thanks for correcting the issue!
DO NOT use the company. My neighbor had glass doors installed. They bang together and don't close
