Good staff. Thorough and caring. Not a long wait. Loved the office! Like stepping back in time! Glad I found them.
I've been goin here for 24 years and they have had their issues with long wait times and the front communicating with the back...But I just left there snd they seem to have things in order..Met with their New Dr Susan Hill and she is Top Notch..I have a lot of health issues and she was interested in everything one of them
I know Dr Webster abandonded his own son and let him rot in prison for 15 years with no support or forgivness..would he treat his patients any differently?
I was seeing Dr Webster's associates for about 1 1/2 years. I was on Metformin with various symptoms. I was not familiar with Metformins effects on the liver at the time, his associates should have kept up on these. It turned out that the symptoms I had were also symptoms of liver disease. This was 4 years ago. it turns out that recently I was in surgery for my gallbladder and the surgeon found that I have cirrhosis. There are two stages of liver disease before cirrhosis. I don't drink.
After a long wait in then waiting room the long in the exam room the doctor finally shows up and leaves quickly leaving the questions and answers up to the nurse. Who in return has to find the doctor to ask him. If you have a question about your bill forget it. The billing clerk is always unavailable, and nobody can access the files for answers. Bad communication that really needs to be taken into consideration of the patient.
I thought dr webster's practice was a pvt practice,it's a clinic, and the dr cannot prescribe needed medications. What kind of Dr. operates that way not being able to prescribe needed medications? I didnt even get to see dr webster, additionally, this was my 1st apts. there and I was in this place for over 2 hrs, having fractured my ribs three weeks prior, still in pain he prescribed cough syrup. I have no confidence in this Dr's practice. The # of drs visits below is was with other doctors.
