Very disappointed! I called last week and got an appointment for today… then they proceeded to call me this afternoon saying that the technician wasn’t here today and we have to reschedule todays appointments for tomorrow which means we will be canceling your appointment for tomorrow and rescheduling it to Tuesday. I told her I’m in pain and really needed the ultrasound and x ray done, she responded with if you’re in that much pain then go to the er.
Associates were excellent….but the wait was longer than expected….i wanted 30-35 minutes pass my scheduled time. The receptionist finally went back to check what was taking so long
