I had a contract with Webster homes to build my home. Mr. Webster, from the start of my project, billed fake change orders under the label of Covid. I communicated that his “COVID” billing was not adding up, and he shut down all communication on billing, I was then given multiple bills, at the end of the project, that kept being changed when I showed him the budget numbers he submitted for the bank.
