Dr. Hendrickson is an absolute gem. Not only does is she patient, caring and understanding, you can tell how much she loves animals. And when I say she loves animals, she truly loves your animal. There is nothing more endearing than knowing your animal is being loved by those helping care for them and also knowing they're giving those caring for them love in return. ❤️ I would follow Dr. Hendrickson anywhere she goes!
This place is the WORST about sending out records and even think for a second when you call that you will speak to a real person. They have SO many phone prompts to avoid talking to you. I don't get why they can't hire a reception staff that is competent enough to answer the phone. I would avoid this place at ALL costs. Your time will be wasted and never considered.
Terrible experience. The doctor was fine, but the front desk staff and technicians were awful. One of them tried to trim my dog’s nails and ended up hurting him badly. When I tried to complain, they all defended each other and said it was “normal.” It is not normal for your dog to leave the vet injured after a routine visit. Truly disappointing place — I would not recommend going here.
I want to state that I had an over all good experience and interactions with the staff but I wanted to put this out there for people to potentially save money and future trauma for your pet. They said my 15 month old cat had moderate gingivitis and stated he needed to have teeth extracted. I was hesitant to this because my cat showed no signs of pain and he is so young.
