I want to state that I had an over all good experience and interactions with the staff but I wanted to put this out there for people to potentially save money and future trauma for your pet. They said my 15 month old cat had moderate gingivitis and stated he needed to have teeth extracted. I was hesitant to this because my cat showed no signs of pain and he is so young. Both of my cats are patients of Dr. Hendrickson. And they love her! Dr. Hendrickson is so kind and gentle with them. And she takes the time to listen to and answer questions - with zero feeling of judgment. ❤️
