I would like to take some time now that Luna has been gone for now 4 months to talk and warn you guys what my sweet dog went through on her final days as a result of Webster Groves Animal Hospital. Luna had been acting very very sick and when she started to refuse food I took her to the nearest animal hospital (Webster Groves) to be evaluated. This place needs rebranding. I walked in for a simple bordetella shot, no need for a doctor or a room, just a vet tech to give my dog a shot so he could go back to daycare. The folks here lost their vision, strategy and goals. Customer satisfaction is not a care here. We waited 90 minutes; the waiting room was emptied out and we still waited.
