I rarely have something broken that isn’t fixed right away and that’s super important! Always works with me, has open communication and is the best property manager I’ve ever gotten to rent from! Most property managers (I’ve dealt with many of them) do not care and you dread going into the office if you HAVE to. But, if you pay your rent, take care of your unit, communicate well you’ll have no issues! Very reasonable and give it your all kind of manager! Even better than the older manager Nancy!
