I would not live here again and am currently looking for another place. If you like living like your in an HOA and being told how to live and how to keep your place, while waiting months to have anything repaired, this is your place. Been almost 2 years here without a problem and they put a new property manager in place who is young, on a power trip and sleeping with the maintenance guy and everyone has had problems since.
