However there is one very rude and obnoxious representative name Diana Travers that needs to be taught a lesson in customer service and courtesy. I've witnessed this woman several times talking about other employees behind their backs. In and outside of the building. That is disgraceful if you ask me. Can only imagine what she says regarding the clients!
