I wish I could give 10 stars. Shane was the technician that came out on time to give me a quote which was very very reasonable. Once I gave him the go ahead, he was out on a holiday to update all my under counter lights and install a light with a switch in my pantry. To say I’m over the moon is an understatement. My backyard outdoor outlets weren’t working and I couldn't figure out why. So I called the first electrician that popped up on Google. The gentleman on the phone was highly knowledgeable and guided me how to locate the GCFI reset. I was stressing out trying to watch YouTube videos and research how to fix it, but he knew right away. I must say that I’m very impressed, and in the future if I do have any issues that require an electrician. I will be sure to call Websters. Thank you!
This is the second time we've used this company and we've been very satisfied. They are quick to respond, timely, and very thorough. The technician today was incredibly patient problem solving an issue. He offered a very thorough inspection and provided multiple options to rectify the issue. He installed 3 light fixtures and did an amazing job. We have several more projects to do in our house and will definitely use them in the future.
We had some trouble replacing a GFCI outlet. They were able to come the same day. Our technician was very nice and explained everything along the way. Work was done quickly and I appreciate that they were able to help us out so quickly
Competent work, fair price. Also, the electrician saw a broken truss in our attic and reported it to us, with a photo. There was a duct work inspection in our attic only a week before and no one reported the situation to us. We really appreciate someone who has our back in such matters
