Have tried to make my payment online for several months now and it’s not working. When I call to tell them it’s not working I get called liar getting told “our website doesn’t do that”. Super professional to call another business owner a liar!!!!! Super unprofessional staff all around. Sent emails with screen shots ONLY TO NEVER GET A REPLY. Worst electric company ever! Is this high school? Mean girls club?! Hire people who are grown not name callers like in elementary school!!!!!!!
It's very courteous.
No way to call them when an outage occurs. Lived in many, many places in my life and I have never had a company drop the ball so much as they do. Constant power outages.
