When to report a power outage you can't after hours. One of the worst systems I've ever tried to deal with
The electric company hired a rando tree trimming service (Kendall Vegetation Services) out of Georgia to come clear land under power lines in our pasture. Webster sup said they sent mailers a year ago. I get two random men, one in a truck and one on a skid steer or dozer, come out while I’m reading in a nightgown on my porch this morning, help themselves through two gates past thousands of dollars in tools, multiple trailers and into a pasture with cows and just start going to town. I have children and have no idea who these... read more
