They ghosted me like 3 times, even when I was emailing about paying out of pocket (as I had a budget saved for dental care) after no one would help me over call or constantly redirected me anywhere else. Over the duration of months. God forbid I was willing to pay to fix teeth at the only accessible or close dentistry in the area. Super rude or awful communication team, never got scheduled into the office to meet the care staff but can’t help but notice the team only cares about #certain customers.
Dr. Ben McKinley pulled my upper left wisdom tooth on 07/15/2024 with ZERO pain. The tooth had partially erupted, but remained stuck due to the anatomy of my mouth and the adjacent molar. The point of eruption, which was just a small corner, then got infected. Dr. Ben got back to me in the evening, ON HIS BIRTHDAY, to get an antibiotic ordered. I have seen Dr. McKinley three times now and Tanyia once. I have neglected my teeth over the years, and both are helping me get back on track. Painless shots and cavity repairs are something new to me. Besides a gentle, professional approach, he explains the rationale behind the recommended treatment and answers my questions.
