Make an appointment over the phone even tho their website didn’t say you needed to. How can you not let people in for something they legally have to have (birth certificate) and be rude when you call from outside the building? Any excuse not to work I guess. Save yourself lots of trouble and go to Buffalo

My overall experience was quite positive. Courteous staff and knowledgeable nurse who had great manner and did a wonderful job with my blood draws. Also, the savings was terrific as well! Thank you for taking care of my needs!
Well I called on a Monday to see about my covid booster. They gave me their hours of operation so I went in the next day. They were closed for training. Was not posted on the website that I could see. So anyhow went back the following Tuesday to try again. They stopped giving shots at 11. Again could not find this information on the website. Drove 24 miles both times for nothing. Guess I'll try again next week. Grrrr.
