I arrived at 4:23 pm to obtain a death certificate. Upon entering the building I was met with an older woman that informed me she had already shut down the computers for the day and it would take 15 mins to get them back up to get me the certificate. When I stated they dont close until 430, I was told sorry but im not turning them back on bc I have already shut down for the day. Mind u I work in Seymour. I dont understand if the sign and Google say 430, that means at 430 you start shutting down, not 423. What would happen yo... read more
Make an appointment over the phone even tho their website didn’t say you needed to. How can you not let people in for something they legally have to have (birth certificate) and be rude when you call from outside the building? Any excuse not to work I guess. Save yourself lots of trouble and go to Buffalo
