ZERO stars. God awful customer service, will not be opening an account here.
Literally had the audacity to tell me on the phone that I don’t sound like I was born a certain year so they refused to give me information. Since when does a date of birth have a specific voice. What bs!!! This place is filled with incompetent lazy people, especially that guy that answers the phone. Thinks who he is and takes his personal issues out on the public.
I want to thank bank employee Raisa Veryanskaya for accepting me urgently and without an appointment. This is very helpful, attentive and sweet person.
