Went in today to get my daily spending limit temporarily increased, something they've done for me in the past. Was told that a branch manager has to be present to do that and to come back another day or try a different location. The woman who did it for me last time was literally standing right there! I guess they just didn't want to service me today for some reason! Drove to the Newington location and they did it for me no problem, and they confirmed you do NOT need a branch manager for it.
1st time at Webster, 1st short staff, and a guy doing double duty opened an account for my granddaughter. What a mess, just to get my back card, here we go again, 3rd time is a charm we home. I'm not happy with the service. Have to wait till Monday....
Great experience at this branch. The manager made us feel human, and treated us with the utmost empathy. Thank you for such a nice experience.
