Customer service is really bad if I had a choice I wouldn't deposit my money here
Dreadful since taking over for Astoria. Closed two convenient branches (they could afford to buy out Astoria but not to keep two branches open). Manhattan BCC is a nightmare to access and then wouldn’t cash a check for me made out to cash, saying it was a 3rd party check (a fail at Banking 101). Started closing on Saturdays while rest of state was reopening then ATM touch screen went unresponsive. Paid several ATM fees I shouldn’t have. Phone app also stopped working without explanation. This bank has gone down hill since Astoria , never had to wait for checks to clear from one account to another. If the funds are available in one account they should immediately be credited to the account ware it was written too . Time to start looking for another bank . 22 years at the same place . Time for change !!
