Today (saturday august 15th) i went in at 9am to shut off a lost debit card and order a new one. My teller was the senior teller training a new guy. She told me they dont have any temp cards in the building at the moment so i told her i still have my previous temp card from the last time i needed a new debit card. She told me she would turn it back on and that i was all set. The card declined. She re activated the one i lost and tomorrow is sunday which means i have no money til monday. How is this person in charge???

Why is the ATM always out of order??? Very inconvenient.
I came the Stoughton Ma branch shortly before for an urgent need, but was told they couldn’t help because it was too close to closing time. As someone with experience in banking, I know I would have handled this differently. It feels like customer service isn’t always a priority. I’ll be taking my business to another location.
