Everyone that has helped me at this Bank has been pretty friendly and helpful.
This used to be a great local bank. After their recent takeover of another bank, everything went downhill. Tellers have no idea what's going on half the time, account access wasn't available for weeks, and it's clear that the customers aren't a priority. Go elsewhere. Avoid webster in general. After 20 plus years I need to find a new bank.

Worst customer service ever been having nothing but trouble with Webster I go in there an try to see what is going on the heavy ser lady with the glasses was very rude didn't answer my question didn't even know what I was talking about before I was even done she was pushing me out saying there's nothing I can do have a nice day in a aditude voice... my business has been using Webster for over 10 years I'm gonna close my account an will tell my business partner were gonna drop Webster an will go to wells fargo.... never again... read more
