This branch sucks. The location is terrible. The traffic to get to and from this place is a nightmare. The bank machines are always breaking down and the staff have two speeds, slow and stop.
No matter what you do at this branch it will take three times as long. They dont seem to care as people complain every time i have been there. Tellers are minimum and interrupt those inside to go to drive in. Office personnel sometimes have visitors other times theyre doing their own thing.
Poor customer service
Webster at 712 Main Street was a great bank but now you can't phone there without being transferred to a central call station. It is a nightmare
Extremely satisfied especially one of the relationship banker employees Ejup is very helpful and friendly. Happy to have a really good bank in our town
