Joyce was amazing, she made me believe in old fashioned baking again. Normally I do my banking online but I had a complicated question with my online banking which she was able to answer. I had never seen her working at this location before but boy was I delighted when I found her. Joyce was able to help assist me with an issue I had on the banking app and i will definitely be switching my savings account from Wells Fargo to Webster strictly because of her great customer service.
Bank menager is so rude.. I am waiting in line all of sudden she cut my line she tells me she is bank menager she needs to do with bank teller... she should have wait in line like anybody else... She is very mean..
I always hate going to banks, I avoid them at all cost. That was until I went to this particular branch. Where I met a gentleman by the name of Howard. He put my mind at ease, and helped with every one of my questions and concerns. Whenever I bank, I'll be going to this branch, it was an absolute delight! Thank you Howard!!
