Bank has gone from bad to worse Their banking system is terrible used the app, 800# & went to the teller and all 3 had different balances for my account...Why ? Then last night went to use their ATM in their lobby because I needed some cash and the lobby was closed so ya couldn't use the ATMs at night.....WTF‼️
Horrible customer service from the teller. My mother was treated like a criminal when she was only trying to withdraw a few hundred of dollars from her own account. Need some real improvement in the customer service area from the teller's or the bank will lose all their customers.
Worst place for your banking needs would not recommend to anyone. Safety deposit box access needs prior appointment. When in a hurry this place is no help. Under staffed to the bone.
