Horrible customer service from the teller. My mother was treated like a criminal when she was only trying to withdraw a few hundred of dollars from her own account. Need some real improvement in the customer service area from the teller's or the bank will lose all their customers.
Worst place for your banking needs would not recommend to anyone. Safety deposit box access needs prior appointment. When in a hurry this place is no help. Under staffed to the bone.
I'm surprised at some of the less favorable reviews but my experience with the staff has been great. I'm pleased and I recommend them !
This bank service is really BAD. No professional person working there.
