I usually go too do buisness here and I normally go to the first teller with glasses super sweet fast and know what she’s doing this time for the first time I went too the second teller Indian lady name started with a R and had terrible experience kinda rude was giving me a hard time and when I said thank you and bye she said nothing when I do return I will not be going to that location or if I do will go too the usual teller I go too ! My experience that day wasn’t good at all .
Every teller/manager in this branch who was trained by Kelley is courteous, knowledgeable, and able to execute results in a timely manner.
The worst !!!!!
I have been a customer at Webster Bank for many years! I want to thank Amy at the Norwalk branch for her infectious personality, always helpful with any questions I have! She's always smiling and makes me feel like I can start off my day with a s.ile too!
