Long story short, I opened a checking account with direct deposit. I was instructed by the woman who opened the account to go on the website, not the app, and choose to have e statements instead of hard copies sent in the mail. After having the account for 6 months I noticed a $3 a month fee being withdrawn and $18 missing. The Pine Street Branch employees are SUPERIOR!!! Efficiently handling a stream of clients with quick multitasking skills like Indy 500 mechanics. Plus, they treated my mother and I like family. Above and beyond professional and compassionate service in this day and age of indifferent robotic customer service.
