Been a Webster costumer for almost 17 years and every time i leave with the best experience and problems solved,favorite branch the Webster on pine street of course,best employees,starting with Amy St Germain (family favorite)either in person or by phone.. always professional and quick, informative and polite. Melisa and other ladies..always ready to help.. strongly recommend .
The Pine Street Branch employees are SUPERIOR!!! Efficiently handling a stream of clients with quick multitasking skills like Indy 500 mechanics. Plus, they treated my mother and I like family. Above and beyond professional and compassionate service in this day and age of indifferent robotic customer service.

I normally don't leave reviews but I had to say something about the situation me and my wife dealt with this weekend. Long story short I deposited a check things went wrong with the system (the new system is no good lol) I went in the next day because I have children and we depend on my paycheck and the director Catherine went out of her way to fix the problem and help me and my family she went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!
