I've been to Meriden and Wallingford branches and I have been dismissed and treated poorly. But the Forestville branch, the staff have been friendly and kind. Especially Amy L. St. Germain. She treats all her customers like family. She is one of the managers and she will go above and beyond for her coworkers and customers. And I also do appreciate everyone's assistance and patience with my concerns. This branch genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to everyone at the Forestville Branch.
While the staff was kind and courteous at the Forestville branch, the managers were unorganized and not helpful. They "lost" my documentation, and then had no idea what documents they needed to proceed. Not helpful, just stressful.
The staff here is so friendly. When I walk in they know who I am I haven't been here that long but they take pride in getting to know me and getting to know my needs definitely a great Bank to be at
Long story short, I opened a checking account with direct deposit. I was instructed by the woman who opened the account to go on the website, not the app, and choose to have e statements instead of hard copies sent in the mail. After having the account for 6 months I noticed a $3 a month fee being withdrawn and $18 missing.
