Fast service..friendly and professional staff
worst experience of my entire life, this bank is terrible. refused my service to withdraw my own money out of my account, tried to interrogate me with speculation of fraud even though i constantly take money out of my account. i was told they couldn’t verify my identity even though i gave all the requirements, i even called my main bank where i opened the account where they told me that they would be more than happy to verify my identity for the bank, they still denied helping me and asked me to leave. spoke to the manager a... read more
Horrible manager This lady manager she think she knows all but in reality she's hungry n refuse to help us as customers She's kept on passing her work to others.. If the phone customers service told us to come to branch..and she refusing to help kept on making excuses xyz..management please try to help..or els you guys are losing lot of accounts from this branch Thank you.. This Bank is Disgrace I am Surprised they are still Open. My father Died. Me and my Brother were beneficiaries on Account..The bankers and Manager had no Idea how to do the Job. They said we needed copy of Birth Certificates and Id and they would Contact us. They never Did. Me made fight tooth and Nail to Finally Settle This Account by going to Another Branch. THIS BANK IS THE WORST.
