I've been a loyal client for a long time,never had a single issue or bad experience with Webster. I want to thank Angelina for helping me with all my questions, she is very knowledgeable and kind person, great costumer services all the time in person or online
Been at this branch for many many years. Since Webster took over (from Astoria Bank), things have improved a great deal. Much faster service and the tellers are very friendly. The manager Juan Acosta is very efficient and professional, always ready to help.
I get the feeling that they'd rather get paid to do nothing than help people. Literally waited 15mins before someone asked if we had an appointment.I wanted to open up a credit account but nevermind I guess. Lady looked stupified when I asked her. Seemed like none of the ladies who worked there had no customers so may be they had some paper work to do before helping me. Yeah....no....i waited almost an hour and just walked out. Is sterling going bankrupt? If they are I can see why.
Tried using the arm today and there was a homeless person hanging out in it. Where’s security?
