Our mother has been here for 2 1/2 yrs in the nursing facility. All the administrative staff, nurses, aides, cleaning and activities staff are great! Our mother has received great care of the years. It has been so nice to not worry about her being alone at home and having the freedom to visit her at any time. The staff work very hard but take the time to get to know our mom and spend time with her. The support groups that are held once a month are very helpful too. We have just moved a loved one into Webster at Rye over the hectic holiday season. EVERYONE seems sincerely helpful and attentive to Dad's needs. Hopefully the transition will continue to be smooth for all involved, "SO FAR, SO GREAT". Thank you.
The Webster staff are incredibly kind and compassionate. They treat my parents as if they were their own family. Thank God for people like this who live to care for others
On behalf of myself and mom, I wanted to thank Webster at Rye as well as the staff, specifically Taylor, Director of Nursing and Melissa, the Social Worker. You and your staff went above and beyond. Taking care of people is not the easiest thing to do, but you made the transition for the three months or so much easier for not only my mother, but her loved ones. Your expertise as well as the staff provided my mother the necessary medical attention she needed. As she continues with help at home, I’m sure she will do just fine.
Ashley, Shannon and the rest of the staff at Webster have been extremely helpful. When my mother passed away earlier in the year, we had to find a new home for my Dad. It wasn't easy as we were 3,000 miles away. The staff at Webster couldn't have been more accommodating in getting my Dad settled. We're happy that everything has worked out as well as it has.
