My mom is in long term care and the staff is amazing. I wouldn’t want her to be anywhere else. They are all so caring and kind.
Webster at Rye is a caring environment for your loved one. My mother continues to receive support well after my father passed away. I receive regular feed back on her care and the staff is always friendly, kind and supportive.
I LOVE visiting the beautiful assisted living community at Webster at Rye!! Not only is the staff super kind and professional, they make extra efforts to create an enriching program experience with creative projects and happy hours with LIVE music!! Webster at Rye is a very special place. Our elderly father was there for a number of years, and was beautifully cared for in the nursing home part of the residence. The Webster "campus" is pretty, with a small woodland, walking paths, a patio, and a spacious gazebo. The facility itself is lovely - clean and bright and comfortable - and as homey as a long-term-care residence could possibly be. I have to say it was a very good start at Webster at Rye but sadly after my mother died there was a very fast change from the administration- so very cold and unfriendly. I just asked Angel Blais for a final bill that she should have sent me 6 months ago and I found out that they block your email address after your loved one passes away. How crazy is that?? I had to go through the info@websteratrye to get the bill. This place is as superficial as it gets. Beware.
