My sister and I researched many facilities before landing online this one for our Mother’s care. The staff were extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and treated my mother like family. Overall, highly recommend.
We toured many places and Webster at Rye was the perfect place - the residence and amenities were equally impressive. Shannon was so helpful with the transition, personally and practically with the move details. It can be a cumbersome process and she made it easy for all of us!
It has been less than a week since Gordon was admitted and I feel that this facility has provided excellent care to date. The kindness of the staff is wonderful. The food is better than I expected.
If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. I am writing this review to strongly discourage anyone from sending a loved one here. My mother was at Webster for less than 24 hours, and that was more than enough time to see how unacceptable the conditions and care were. The moment I walked into the facility, I was ignored by the front desk staff while they carried on a personal conversation. So VERY HAPPY and confident with his care!! Our Dad entered Webster's long-term care about 4 weeks ago. Within 1 week of his admission, we had a care-transitions meeting to discuss his transition and discuss any requests and/or changes. As a family, we had a couple of requests, which were integrated immediately. The care team had several suggestions to tailor his care to his needs which confirmed our decision, Webster at Rye was the best choice for Dad. We are grateful our Dad is in your care.
